panAsiacooks is founded by Ai Li, of Singaporean Chinese descent, who acquired her love of food and cooking from her professional chef father since helping him at his restaurant in Singapore from an early age. Her skills were further enhanced from local chefs during travels across South East Asia. 

Originally trained as an Environmental Scientist, Ai Li established panAsiacooks with the aspiration of providing a personal chef service that allows her to bring into the homes of clients, the richness of the spices, flavours, smells and colours of the diverse cuisine from her beloved homeland region.
