Founded by a Chartered Environmentalist, our values and ethics are highly personal to us. At panAsiacooks, we aim to implement a sound ethical policy which commits us to:
reducing our environmental impact through sourcing food locally where available, selecting seasonal produce and minimising waste to landfill;
ensuring fair wages and non-exploitation of agricultural communities through procuring Fair Trade products where available;
avoiding any non-free range meat produce in the interest of promoting animal welfare.*
We will also contribute 4% of all quarterly proceeds to an environmental or other charities aiming to alleviate poverty.
* All our eggs come from our own freely roaming hens raised on a mixed diet of organic pellets, vegetables, corn and oats.
